How Sir, ? How ?

1. Lower Middle class salaried people in Metro cities live on rent, while cabbies, House help and Hawkers are making Houses in their villages, Tax free, with the additional help of PM Awaas Yojna. They have family back home that gets all the EWS benefits of free food grains and what not, plus most of them have small land holdings from which they earn.

2. Imagine a Family of 4 earning members who earn 25k per person is not taxed on their Income, but a single earning member earning 75K - 1L per month is taxed heavily.

A few years down the line whose household savings do you think will be more ?

This is not a tweet against hard working people of this country, this is a tweet to show inequity amongst the lower Middle class, one that pays taxes and one that does not.

Dear Friends from executive fraternity,

Three Days are left for the membership change window. These three days may appear numbers to most of us but remember these three days are going to decide the next course of our future for next one year at least and may be the whole future. With the new Government in place it will be very crucial to raise the right voice at the right point of time with the right people. We have missed busses time and again and definitely none of us would want to miss the forthcoming bus.

You can go through the activities undertaken by all the associations in the last one year, you can go through the representations made by the leaders in the last one year, you can go through the decibels and voices raised in the last one year.

Considering the above and in consideration of yours future and ours future, I would like to state that AIGETOA and BMS are the only option which can take you towards the goal of achieving the crucial Pay, Promotions and Pension issues including the 3rd PRC. AIGETOA, the association affiliated to BMS is the only association which is capable enough to resolve the transfer issues, to restore the 2 years tenure which is almost forgotten by management as they are not entertaining any application for reverting to parent circle even after completion of two years, the rule 8 issues and also the issue of the youngest set of officers promoted from JE Cadre who have been made ineligible for rule 8 transfer before completing five years in their current circle. Remember, the same thing was done to GATE JTOs and it was AIGETOA which streamlined the process and got this discriminatory clause removed.

Hence I once again make an appeal to all of you to come and Join AIGETOA , Strengthen AIGETOA and Empower AIGETOA.

By showing your support through increased numbers, you can help AIGETOA and BMS break through the current impasse and achieve a timely resolution.

### Urgent Resolution of Long-Pending HR Issues of BSNL Executives

Respected Sir,

It is humbly requested for your kind consideration and intervention in resolving several critical HR issues affecting BSNL executives. These issues have been pending for far too long and require immediate attention. Below are the key points:

1. Residual Issues from 2nd PRC:
- The implementation of standard pay scales (E2 for entry-level executives and E3 for the next level) remains unresolved.
- Executives recruited/promoted after January 1, 2007, in pre-revised E1A scales should receive compensation by extending increments to align their initial basic pay with existing employees.
- The 30% Superannuation Benefit must be implemented for BSNL recruited executives.

2. 3rd PRC Implementation in BSNL:
- We urge the waiver of the affordability clause to facilitate the implementation of the 3rd PRC.

3. Promotional Avenues:
- Enhancement of promotional avenues for BSNL executives.

4. Other Important Aspects:
- Revision of TA/DA and allowances to match current market conditions.
- Granting a one-time option for executives recruited through DoT recruitment notification before BSNL’s formation to be covered under the CCS (Pension) Rules 1972 as per DoPT OM 3.3.2023.
- Ensuring facilities for persons with disabilities (PwBDs) as per the RPwD Act 2016.
