Such a pathetic service from Resq, I have docketed a call vide ticket number 8083914248 dated 20th Sept 2026, basis which technician visited and confirmed compressor to be replaced. Yesterday I followed up but didn't receive any + response

It's been a month that you are assuring me to come back with a solution. Stop falsify. There are customers who are taking delivery within a month, how is dealer doing that. What is your level of monitoring

Literally surprised with the pathetic service of MG motor India.
Booked a Astor and after a commitment by the dealer not received the car within 4 mnths.
Escalated to mg India ceo and response after that is all of ignorance

I am sorry no one is in touch apart from the initial call where in they said they are looking into it.
I received a call from Sumit and Sheerene but none of them were able to give me any positive response

Sir after bringing the matter I received couple of calls today but final response received is my delivery date is Q3 but your team is trying. So whatever the dealer said, I am getting the same response from MG directly but my question remained unanswered

Is there any reason for harrassing like this.

I think I made a mistake in switching from Hyundai to MG.

Will wait for next 2 days else I think I have to cancel my booking

Why did your dealer confirmed last about delivery and what happened to the allotted car.

Incase if you are not able to get me the car within next few days then please ask your team to refund me back my money so that I can opt other options.

They tried to push my a higher version and when I denied they said that MG has stopped the model I booked and hence will not get my car.
My point here is does MG work like this and if so please help me out to cancel the booking and return me my amount

Dealer name Crystal Autocrats pvt LTD,Noida sector -8.Last month they confirmed that allotment is done for my car and will be delivering by last week of June but on 28th or 29th they came up saying MG has not delivered the car because of some issue and hene my delivery will delay
