I was verifying this yesterday on the New Jersey arrest records website, and yes, there were dozens of recent arrests classified as “white” that clearly weren’t. This is a problem because crime statistics shed light on who is victimized and who is truly oppressed.

🚨 Google caught lying about building a Data Center in San Jose, California

Google is creating a massive new “research facility — Google insists is not a data center”

But a retired engineer looked at their blue prints and documents and proves it’s a data center

“When I looked at the city documents, they did not list it as a data center. They listed it as a large energy user — and I said, no, this is a data center because when you look at the drawings, you see the building is full of server racks

And 250 megawatts, 500,000 square feet almost, that's about 500 watts per square foot. Once you put that much energy into a building, you can't put people in there.
There's no room for people there. When that much energy has to only go into equipment, and then cooling.

The plans show the 2 buildings filled with uniform columns of equipment and large cooling towers. But the real tip-off was the proposed power substation on the site. 250 megawatts, more than 2.5 times bigger than any data center proposal currently on the books with the city of San Jose”

He “thinks the city may be purposely looking the other way when it comes to their own regulations. I think that they're trying to bypass the rest of the environmental review so they don't have to go through looking at energy use, water consumption, noise, and other environmental impacts”

“Simply because they're not calling it a data center?”

I looked it up and if Google intentionally mislabeled the project, it’s criminal

False Statements / Fraud in Permitting: Submitting materially false or misleading information in land-use applications, environmental documents or under penalty of perjury can violate:

- Local San Jose municipal code for zoning/permitting violations
- California Government Code or Penal Code sections on false statements to public officials.
- Potential perjury if declarations were sworn

Environmental Law Violations: Deliberately evading CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) review by misclassification could lead to accusations of misleading the public agency, which has both civil and criminal angles if it involves willful deception

It city workers knew and officials “purposely looked the other way,” it could implicate bribery, conflict of interest and official misconduct statutes

“The Ohio EPA is drafting permits to let that wastewater flow straight into our lakes and streams. Five year permits, no guarantee of a sewage treatment plant on site, just straight into the river if that's what's nearby”

This is very real, the EPA is actually doing this, and there are real concerns:

- That agency sent them to another agency)

Legally, they had up to 10 days to respond on disclosure, but that doesn’t stop them from not releasing it

- California filled a first extension under an unusual circumstances clause
- After 10 days, invoked a clause for another 14 days to decide on disclosure

This is already 24 days to even confirm they were disclosable

- They delayed again and promised copies in 3–4 weeks after that decision
- On the due date of July 3, the state requested another 2 weeks

- 56 days since the request, the state still is refusing to provided the executed contract, procurement packet, scope of work and bid scoring sheets

Again, this was all supposed to just be simply provided within a few days
