We have contacted @AirbnbHelp multiple times over the last 2 wks and each time are directed to a new person and have to explain everything again. @Airbnb owes us over $1500 that they are refusing to release and will not give us the names of any people in power to connect with.

At a time when people are deeply impacted by COVID19 I would think that @Airbnb would take care of SuperHosts who have lost all their income during this time—instead of paying us money that is owed to us for hosting they are withholding over $1578.00. @AirbnbHelp
