It’s been since March 18th and after multiple conversations and countless hours, @TMobile still has not fixed my VW car wifi account. Yet they charge me $20 per month!
@VW find a new partner for your wifi…this one is not good.

@TMobileHelp @VW partnered with you on the wifi system in my car. So, I’m not able to change vendors, or I would have. I keep being promised “3-5 business days” but we are way past 3-5 business days at this point. I love my @VW but this has made a bad experience for me with @VW.

Umm… @TMobile and @TMobileHelp, tell me how I can possibly get bills when I cannot get a log in OR use the service?!? I started the process on 3.18.22 and after 6 calls & 4 promises of call backs PLUS an “expedited” ticket, I still have no way to access service!
