What is the most interesting part of the BJP's fall, is that there was no anti-incumbency in Maharashtra. The vote against BJP in Maharashtra was based on the fact that their arrogance led them to break 2 political parties, with Shivsena UBT in specific.

People understood that the BJP would do anything even betray its own people to remain in power. Even the strongest of supporters were upset of the BJP welcoming the same people they were supposed to jail. Someone like Kirit Somaiya had hard time explaining the party's behaviour.

@PratPanc 4. Having had conversations in both Delhi metro and Mumbai local, I can definitely say people here are more conversational with strangers and provide them comfort with a language which is more personal.
