@PaulinaJones @atnissly Agreed. Shouldn’t have said impossible, just seems to be a big barrier to using FHA in LA / SoCal.

You’re right though, plenty of up and coming sub markets where it works, just have to be willing to look in those areas. You’re account is awesome btw, Happy Holidays Paulina 🙂
