Today marks the 78th anniversary of the Nakba (catastrophe), during which more than 750,000 Palestinians were expelled and over 400 villages were destroyed to establish the State of Israel.
Isn’t it great that we’re celebrating David Attenborough’s 100th birthday whilst ignoring the message he’s spent the last 20 years trying to get through to us:

@penguvn only now are they complaining about soldier boy taking over the show when it was so obvious in season 3 when half of the season was dedicated to his awful dialogue. only now are they complaining about filler when season 4 had "The Hughie Sexual Assault Special"
The quality of video game adaptations didnt change, the audience just became parasocial with the franchise and complacent with below bare minimum effort, and i dont know when that shift happened
I've never personally understood the obsession with making games into movies. I love games because they are games, and at times, it feels like people want that transition so that it can appeal to more people, when I'd rather just the games themselves spread out to more people.

I hate "larp" not only is it a misuse of the term in a literal sense it's just gatekeeping plain and simple. I don't understand how anyone could care that someone is a "fake fan" or whatever without being massively insecure, like their entire identity is being a fan of a thing
