@AmericanAir Delay on Monday was due to excess fuel (500lbs) and the fuel truck guy wouldn’t come (DFW), Tuesday was a blown tire (DFW-IND), today Pilot timed out. (DFW-BUR). Strong going ! Don’t slow down…we are cooking at the gate. Fun!

@SouthwestAir your system issues at 3:10 pm this afternoon costed us an opportunity to sit together as a family. The check in process errored out 5 times. I tried to report it and was just sent a link to pay $40 X 4 to upgrade my boarding positions.

(2/2) @SouthwestAir fiasco was a great oppty for @Delta @AmericanAir @united to step up and help the impacted passengers. Instead, the prices on these carriers seem to be astronomically priced to take advantage of the situation.
