I counted the tournaments that I played such as the rank or the OG and the skin tournaments and they must be above 14 tournaments...i tried to send u email but there's no answer so plz help me @FortniteStatus

hey @FortniteStatus i cant play cash cups or fncs divisions while I have done all the conditions and have a check mark on them, but when I put the ready, error 2 comes and I cannot play it... I know that I must play 14 tournaments in the last 180 days
