Paid ₹1,925 cash to technician for "extra 70m wire" during Jio AirFiber installation, but NO official bill was updated on MyJio app. Outdoor cable is free up to 100m. Direct payment was forced. Urgent refund & audit required! @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare What a joke Jio's Customer Support is! On mail, they're raising new tickets without providing any resolution on the previous ones. On twitter, they're asking for information to connect but never contacting.

It's 9th day today. Have some shame and return my stolen money. Cheats!
