Kuwait Airways @KuwaitAirways are the most unprofessional airline out there. My flight landed in Italy 5 days ago, but no baggage came with it. They said they ll sort it out in 1-2 days. But sadly, no one cares for customers at #KuwaitAirways . No one responds to my emails too
