@airindiaofficial Shocked by your Mumbai ground staff. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Ittaman, a home nurse with a confirmed 5:20PM BOM–COK ticket, reached by 4:30PM but was denied boarding saying gates closed despite your 20min gate rule.

Went for the 11:55 PM show of Companion. Fine till the interval then the movie never resumed. Just 45 minutes of ads! Staff was clueless until the audience shouted.
@Cinepolis, this is disgraceful. A refund/compensation is needed.

Multiple complaints given, but still the issue remains unresolved. Requesting the officials to kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible as it has become a serious health concern for the residents nearby.

This has caused a blockage in the drainage line and posing severe health and pollution risks to the residents in the area. Requesting the concerned officials to take necesaary actions and also make arrangements to clean the drainage lines at the earliest.

There is an increase in many groups coming at night and using our lane for partying and socialising leading to many alcohol bottles being thrown in the drainage line.
