Absolutely no assistance @bobcreditcard. All new credit card services are questionable, no reviews, no demo use videos, no rewards proper terms and conditions.

Previously my father got himself BOB HPCL card with features - JCB issue with HP pay wallet non-compatible, No surcharge waiver, no value back at HPCL petrol pump as promised, only service is dismissal of complaint of same with RBI N202223009006741. Thanks

@bobcreditcard @RBI Kindly confirm whether your BOB HPCL credit card works to add money to HP pay wallet as promised during card issuance. I tried the same. It is still not working. How many more days you need for solving your IT issues @bobcreditcard? @RBI, kindly take note of this.

@bobcreditcard @RBI Thanks for your mail. @bobcreditcard confirmed that wallet load in HP pay app is working (Still not working). You confirmed in mail that credit of rewards points is not applicable for all petrol pumps & reversal of joining fees was delayed and yet to be credited FYI @RBI.

@bobcreditcard @goibibo @RBI BOB financial can sell credit card citing its use with HP pay wallet for offers as USP for fooling customer. But, no feature of BOB HPCL card works as promised and RBI won't take action against BOB for misselling the product. @bobcreditcard @RBI

@bobcreditcard @goibibo @RBI RBI ombudsman reply - The complaint is against JCB and HP Pay, regarding first of which even full name have not been given and HP Pay does not fall under our purview. Further, issue of rewards is not a financial service to be regulated by RBI. @RBI @bobcreditcard .

@MobiKwik Hello mobikwik team, I need your help. While doing recharge of Rs.49, I paid Rs. 29 from wallet and Rs. 20 from mobikwik voucher. But, after recharge failed, I got refund of Rs. 9 in wallet and Rs. 20 voucher back. But Rs. 20 cut from the wallet have not been refunded.
