Devasish Acharya, the man who had slapped TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee in 2015, died under mysterious circumstances.

In 2021, he was dropped off at a hospital by some men and was declared dead soon after.

Even today, no one knows who killed him, and his family is still waiting for justice.
