Hey @qrsupport , why does last leg airline (Indigo) owns the compensation policy for baggage delay if i booked my ticket on qatar airways and delay is with qatar flight ?
When i talked to indigo they mentioned they have no compensation for bagagge delay. So yesterday, i ended up buying clothes with my own money because of your flight delay, not going to book qatar anymore!
@qrsupport please get rid of indigo partnership. I had a very bad time at hyd airport yesterday! I spent almost 2+ hrs to file a delay ticket with no Customer Representative present at their desk for more than an 1.5hrs
Adding to that indigo doesn’t have any compensation policy similar to Qatar. So I contacted qatar since my ticket was booked on qatar, but all i was mentioned was that my last leg airlines is responsible for compensation
Been in touch with @chase customer care from last few days and all they tell me is 14 business days to resolve which kind of translates to 20 calendar days
I tried transferring with @AmericanExpress and it transferred instantly to the same partner airline.

It will definitely around 2 hours on a whole to upload 10-12 documents i feel, but again it depends on your luck
@vfsglobalcare I'm trying to upload documents to UK VFS website from yesterday but it always shows under maintenance. I've an appointment coming up for biometrics, tomorrow at USICS, so not sure if they gonna take me in, as they are documents are not in place. Please fix asap, ty
