@mtlgazette I see nothing wrong with prioritizing the crisis in healthcare. High speed trains are all well and good, but not as important as saving lives.
@nenshi It is unsettling how many Trump-like haters come out of the woodwork here. The hostility oozes out of my computer screen from these people. It makes me a little nervous to ever pass through Alberta. I think I'll stick to flying over the top for now.
@TheJudgeCNBC The Judge judged @gillmanhill prematurely today. NFLX would already have more eyeballs were it not for all the young people videocasting on pocket cameras and posting to Youtube. AI will only make their efforts more polished. This will grow Youtube at a faster rate than NFLX.

@althiaraj@Anthony__Koch@nationalpost I am surprised how little the hard right understands about monetary policy and fiscal stimulus since COVID. Both saved the world from an incredible crash and depression that would have surpassed any economic incident since the 1930's Carney followed the same playbook of Powell.
@ThisStrangePara@PresidentCLC@avilewis Here we have another vulgar right-winger who proves Avi Lewis' legitimacy simply by the volume and severity of their reactionary trashy rhetoric.
I am impressed by the new NDP leader, @avilewis who has exceptional communication skills. He has such confidence, is so well prepared. He speaks with conviction & a vision for going forward, genuinely different from the Libs/Cons. No vacillation, fudging, or tricky language.
@Forbes Some of the responses to this story are revealing. There are people who don't care about what could really make America great again. Instead they revert to those powerful raw emotions many hold deeply: hate, racism, violent responses. Every generation and era goes through it.
@ItsWarrenIrwin@avilewis Despite your vulgar language I'll take the trouble to respond. You have missed that the reason for the US actions of war has nothing to do with freedom, liberty or Venezuelan prosperity. It has to do with the struggle for the hegemony of the US petro-dollar over China's BRICS
@YvesMorgan1@JoeSquawk@CNBC Simple. The intent in watching CNBC is to glean investing info. Joe Kernan burdens me with his right-wing bias instead. Watching his interviews is unproductive investment time and annoying.
@JoeSquawk Flippant use of a phrase does not reflect his actual, real, published platform. Be fair, inquiring rather than exploitive for a political bias.
PolitiFact | In Context: Zohran Mamdaniโs use of phrase โseizing the means of production.โ Whatโs it mean? https://t.co/uoyxlTU7kE
@SquawkCNBC@tedcruz Why do you tolerate such one-sided trash and then act like a softball pitcher giving gifts to the batter? This does not help the investor in any way. Wouldn't you fit better working uncritically for Fox?
@MariaSantosOKC@SquawkCNBC@SenWarren@ZohranKMamdani Maria Santos there is no thing as pure socialism or pure capitalism. I believe the superior political economies are pragmatic systems that do what is best for the interests of all. That means free markets. It means effective regulation. It means public and private interest.
@SquawkCNBC@SenWarren@ZohranKMamdani Becky Quick and Rick Santini did a lot of ideological scare-mongering and name calling. Squawk Box trash-talking Mamdani should be a signal that his popularity is warranted. NYC is impossible for ordinary people right now. A more affordable city will help workers and business.
@elonmusk This argument goes back around a century to the economic debates of theories by Keynes and Hayek. Keynes was proven right. Simpleton analysis by Reagan doesn't change that. Politicians of both sides do it wrong, but taxes, spending, interest rates are necessary tools.
@DKellerCMT Thanks for the chart. Obviously, no one knows the answer to your question. Either we have the new highs that are being projected or we have an island and a double top? I have a positive bias, but I will wait for the results.
