@yashar Yeah, it’s gonna be a no from me. Professionalism, even having a friendship with opposing counsel, is fine, but posting photos chumming up while trial is still ongoing treats it like some kind of little league game and is disrespectful to the real people involved in the case

This is absolutely not what prosecutors do in 99.9% of cases — they constantly overcharge to coerce pleas, charge after virtually no investigation, etc—and it’s absolutely wild, infuriating & irresponsible that @nytimes continues to run with this kind of narrative.
