When I lived in my car I parked in the lot of the local library all day and was never bothered, I used their bathroom throughout the day and they never asked any questions, I used the computers to sign up for food stamps and other programs, I picked the flowers around the lot and decorated my car with them, I went in and just RESTED sometimes. Public libraries are sooooo crucial in a community, in ways people don't even realize. Libraries are a safe space for so many people. They were my lifeline.

Literally, most of Gaza's residents are not from Gaza. They are Palestinians who came to Gaza as refugees after Israelis ethnically cleansed them from their homes in other parts of Palestine.
