@amazonIN@AmazonFresh my order 402-3695180-6897944 was supposed to be delivered on 2nd Oct 6–8AM then delayed to 9AM and since then zero updates.Customer care is of no help they can’t cancel can’t tell me if/when get it just asking me to wait.This is highly unprofessional
@Swiggy I had issue with order and hence I reached out to customer care but you guys are not ready to refund the amount, the whole food got spilled with tea. I paid 499 and you are giving me 75? When asked for proper refund two options given its either just 125 or replacement
@SwiggyCares Let's see how you manage but truly I better be a zomato person than Swiggy, as the help with Zomato is fast and satisfied not like Swiggy.

Your team doesn't intimate customer what is truth and then refund takes so much time. All other app gives it in few hours if my payment method is updated then why you are taking so much time??
@redcliffelab I had yesterday booked blood collection but then I got a better deal and I cancelled. But since then I never got my refund of rupees 2732. Morning around 8:50am calling your team I was informed that refund is initiated but I was lied.
Now around 1:30 pm when I call your team says there is no refund initiated and when asked about it they said it will take 24-48 hours and I have to fill some details then I will get my money. While booking you take money and then why while refund so much hassle??
@TataAIA_Life You know right I am tweeting since 10am ish and it's gonna be 1 pm now but your earliest never came yet. Thanks so much, word of mouth should work on how we were treated and will make sure that all my known people also stop using TATA AIA policies
@TataAIA_Life Hello team since 31st Dec am waiting for a resolution but only thing I get is your fake promises, is this is how your company treats a deceased Tata AIA employee family? Your customer support sucks aswell. I need a resolution asap.
@TataAIA_Life Are you kidding me now it's been more than 15 days since I got any action taken to the branch involved and to my current awaiting policies. And still you need time. Ombursment and IRDAI what is left now cz you will not take any actions I get it now.
@TataAIA_Life Your team is just beating around the bush and delaying matters. Your employee died and this is what her family is treated 1st forced us to take policies and now since weeks you guys are investigating only.
@TataAIA_Life Sorry no more patience since 26th dec my brother made a complaint and I since 30th dec but you guys are making fun of us it's seems. I will be taking legal action now as your company works on unethical practices by exploiting people like us which is not right
@TataAIA_Life I was told by your team that within 5 days I will get some resolution and yet nothing. Now I am going to my nearest branch if things don't get resolved I will be bound to make a complaint on ombursment as it seems you guys only making me more harrassed.
@TataAIA_Life I am not getting any assistance from your WhatsApp chat number aswell. So what you want me to do?? No call from your end, no proper response nothing. You guys are just harassing a deceased employee family.
