@KotakBankLtd I am writing this with considerable frustration and disappointment regarding the lack of professionalism shown in handling my issue. My service request (SR No. 41029638) has been pending with the Nodal Officer for the past 15 days.
@rapidobikeapp The fare shown at the time of booking was ₹510, however your driver charged ₹686 and behaved in a threatening and unprofessional manner when questioned. He also did not drop me at the exact location and refused to turn on the AC during the ride.
@KotakCares If any sense of accountability or professionalism is left within your organization, the least you can do is provide your customer with written confirmation stating that these charges are valid. I genuinely fail to understand how this company is being managed.

Sorry, but I genuinely feel bad for her. You can clearly see the stress on her face, and now the university is blaming her, saying she’s solely responsible for what happened.
I’m sure she practiced, prepared a script, and was just excited to be on TV. She was doing her job. This wasn’t her mistake, it was the university’s, I am damn sure.

While travelling from Delhi to Noida on an Uber bike (UP16EC8908), a car DL1ZD5715 hit us near Patparganj flyover and the driver even threatened to kill us. No major injury, but such road rage & threats need strict action.
