It took me 8 years as a designer to realize how important it is to keep exploring

Client work comes with goals, personas, market research and codes to follow. It’s almost like science

Personal work lets you forget all of that

No business goals. No market research. Just a vision, a feeling, an emotion, and styles or techniques I’ve never tried before

Right now, I’m exploring a mix of tech/digital and medieval museum imagery. Two worlds that couldn’t be more opposite

It reminded me how easy it is to hold yourself back by only doing what you already know
