If he stays fit until say April I would offer him a 2 year extension. Would cost a fortune to buy a striker better than him if they could find one. Ross and Kyle Larin gives us 2 great options up front.

I don't think it would be a wise decision for #SaintsFC to extend Ross Stewart's contract next season. On his day, a great option to have in the Championship, but has missed over 100 games of football through injury in his stint at the club. Reinvesting would be wiser imo.

@AdamBlackmore Sounds really good and the squad will look so much stronger.
Not sure where Joe Tessum is coming from when he keeps saying ‘we need to sign a striker’. We already have 4 and for the money we have we could not get any better. Perhaps he would like to give us a name !

A sobering thought in this horrendous season is that in the final Championship table of last season we finished 9 points behind Ipswich and 10 behind Leicester.
We are currently only 8 points behind these 2 teams. What does this say about the strength of The Premier League ?

If Ivan Juric beat Ipswich, Wolves and Leicester he could have made a case but it is clear now that he won't last.

But Simon Rusk - anyone - will be just as unpopular after nine more games. Juric effectively paid to take the fall.

10/11 for my predicted team. Aribo remains in left-centre-back and Smallbone comes into midfield to partner the returning Downes. I had expected Welington in defence but no place for him out wide either with Sugawara in. What do you reckon? I captained Palmer in FPL.
