@flipkartsupport @flipkartsupport - This is unacceptable. After multiple cancellations due to delivery agents asking 3k extra, I was finally forced to pay the amount under pressure just to receive my order.

This is not part of the order terms and clearly shows serious misconduct by the delivery

This has now happened across multiple orders, and each time the order gets cancelled when I refuse to pay.

2- I did not share any OTP with anyone, but the order was cancelled saying I confirmed cancellation via OTP. Also, the refund amount is lower than what I paid. Please investigate and resolve this issue urgently.
