Since the SS wasn't responding positively to Dharmasagar PS's call, the same passenger also called the SS. However, the SS was very reluctant to convey the information to GRP. This negligence from the SS lead to an information delay to the GRP team of around 1 hour.

The injured person was asking for help in the video which is very heartbreaking. I request the higher authorities to take very severe action on the SS. A person should never face issues because of such negligence from public servants.

However, the Dharmasagar PS informed that it doesn't come under jurisdiction & informed the Kazipet Station Superintendent. The name of the Kazipet SS is Satyanarayana Reddy. The SS didn't care to the call.

As soon as the passengers realized the person had fallen, a passenger immediately called 100. The Dharmasagar PS team immediately reached the scene & called 108. With the help of nearby people, the Police team shifted the body to MGM Hospital.

The other TSRTC bus driver had stopped this bus and quarreled with this bus driver for his driving. This driver seems really risky, and I would urge you to investigate right away.
