Sometimes these tiny aneurysms are the scariest, especially in a young patient. Fortunately everything went well. Good way to close the year and close cycles!
Hoping next year brings me new things to learn. Always fighting for the patient!

After performing mechanical thrombectomy, arterial reocclusion occurs with an image suggestive of stenosis. We decide to place a stent (Credo) after angioplasty with Neurospeed. Result : Nihss 1 at 24h
