@InPostUK This is an absolute joke… The parcel had birthday presents for my brother and your team @InPostUK basically stole it… I expect a full investigation into the driver because how can a parcel be marked as delivered and never get delivered…

Made the mistake of ordering an item from @vinted & then using @InPostUK as the courier. @InPostUK marked it as delivered due to error on their system. Now got these 2, out here playing pass the parcel. I just want my parcel guys. @CourierEvri & @ebay would have found it by now

@InPostUK Idk what you guys @InPostUK are investigating. I spoke to a member of your team as the parcel was marked as delivered. They advised it’s an error on the system and that they can see it’s still at the warehouse. 5 days later I get those emails. Ps awaiting your reply to this email
