@airindiain #AI128 was flying yesterday and entertainment/media system wasn’t working! Long haul flights with no internet and entertainment system what you expect passenger to do! Is this normal to fly without checking all the system/software working fine?

@British_Airways BA0199 delayed with no confirmation as to how long it would take? Drinks and snacks are served for Business class passengers but they never even asked or served water in economy sections!!

A biggest Airline in India has contact number in their system which doesn’t exist! What a great way to serve customer! And no one is even bothered to contact or write to let me know where is the bag?

@airindiain I flew from London to Mumbai and my baggage was lost, reported at airport and lodged the lost baggage complain. Got the receipt with number to contact. I was trying to reach and both the given number 022-66858110 & 022-66858204 doesn’t exist!
