Respected Sir , kindly consider the request to change The OSSC CGLRE main exam to MCQ pattern instead of Descriptive Paper. & if possible conduct the exam in CBT mode.
It will be a great relief for students.

1. Sectional cutoff imposed without prior info.
But still if you impose:-
2. When applying sectional cutoff you must consider statistical angle of the difficulty of question papers.
40 in GS is equivalent to 80+ in English and 65+ in Odia

1. What’s the scientific rationale behind fixing cut off marks in each subject?
2. I am sure there must be some scientific statistical analysis should be used to fix the subject wise cut off ?

@satyajitips88 Students are getting 275,270 out of 300 in some optional subjects in ocs mains optional ,ocs kana gote school exam???....and coming to ASO considering the level of GS It is very difficult to score 40...this is just a clerical post not an IAS exam.

@satyajitips88 You should be ashamed of yourself for the question papers you set. In GK more than 10 questions were out of syllabus. In Odia more than 20 were out of syllabus. Then why you have given the syllabus just write in notification that we will ask anything that comes to our mind.

@satyajitips88 Sir a candidate get information regarding recruitment process from recruitment notification as u said.. But in notification of previous recruitment process there was same paragraph regarding sectional cutoff.. If sectional cutoff not implemented at that time then why this time.
