Flipkart vs Amazon: Resolution Reality
When it comes to customer support, Flipkart falls flat.
The image says it all—volume of complaints, lack of resolution, and rising frustration.
Amazon isn’t perfect, but Flipkart’s silence is louder than any apology.
@Flipkart
It now appears that due to these escalations, my membership has been cancelled. When I inquired about the reason, the team had no clarity on why it was terminated and offered no satisfactory resolution @Flipkart@_Kalyan_K this is how you guys treat customers.
@flipkartsupport You cancelled my old membership citing a “technical issue” and refunded prorated. Now I must pay 3x to rejoin? When I told your executive I’m not satisfied, there was zero support. Pathetic service. Harassing loyal customers for your glitch.

@Flipkart
In the last 22 days, every time I asked Flipkart customer care for an escalation matrix, I was told “nothing else is there.” No senior ever connects. Is this how issues are buried? Flipkart management should take note.
@_Kalyan_K
Flipkart closed my complaint without resolving it.
No update, no call—just a 24hr promise, then silence.
Now a new ticket is opened. Is this KPI management or customer service?

@flipkartsupport@Flipkart@jagograhakjago When there's no response to my query and the issue is marked "resolved" without any update, what option does a customer have? I’ve repeatedly asked for the escalation matrix, but no one shares it. As a customer, I’m left in the dark—so I’m doing what little I can to be heard.
When I asked to open the same ticket I was told by customer care executive that they have marked resolve by stating you have to wait for maximum 24 hour so I can not open the same ticket.
@Flipkart quietly closed the ticket. When I called, they opened a new one.
Is this how Flipkart manages KPIs?
Mark unresolved issues as “resolved” so the customer has to chase again?

@Flipkart has kept my issue unresolved for 20+ days. No accountability, no resolution—just silence. If you value your time and peace, think twice before using a platform that harasses instead of helps. #FlipkartFail#ConsumerRights
@Flipkart Black promises premium support—but what’s the point if the helpline is unresponsive and clueless? Is there any escalation channel beyond this broken loop? If yes, please inform your users and train your executives. We deserve better. #FlipkartFail#ConsumerRights
