so sad BJP that, you are in to shells when anti nationalas and social media mometory based influencers are let lose!!
GenZ's are senseless - no awareness or attempt to know 'them' - hower, expected a stronger and promising campaign!!
Minister Pradhan's resignation raises important questions—not just for the government, but for everyone who cares about India's future.
Some of my thoughts:
• A minister's resignation does not automatically make Rahul Gandhi or others more credible or prove that it has the right vision for the country. Accountability and credibility are earned over time!
• If the government has accepted political responsibility, it should also acknowledge that there were shortcomings in anticipating and addressing concerns, particularly among sections of younger citizens who may have been influenced by misinformation or politically motivated narratives.
• One area where the BJP has consistently underperformed is public communication. Governments cannot assume that their work will speak for itself. Achievements, policy decisions, and timely clarifications must be communicated proactively, especially when misinformation or speculation gains traction.
• Today's political landscape is driven by digital and social media. Perception often travels faster than facts. During events such as Operation Sindoor, competing narratives spread rapidly across the world by Pakistan before official facts reached many people. Governments must be prepared to respond quickly, consistently, and transparently.
• Rahul Gandhi and the Congress have maintained a strong presence on social media. Though most are senseless and public stunts, they understand the importance of engaging younger audiences. Many first-time voters consume information primarily through digital platforms and may not have the broader historical or political context about India and its cultural fabric. Ignoring this reality is a strategic mistake.
The message to the BJP is simple: Governance alone is not enough. Effective communication is now an essential part of governance. If the government does not explain its actions, others will define the narrative for it.
India deserves informed debate based on facts, transparency, and accountability—not a battle of misinformation. It is time for the government to strengthen its communication strategy before the gap between performance and public perception grows even wider.
