@AzamJamil53 @titojourno Ok here is a bit of teaching as per the 'morality' of punishment "wrongdoers deserve to suffer in proportion and in retrospect to their wrongdoing", its the basis of all criminal laws based over retributivist view and what you are suggesting isn't in coherence with this.
