@sadeeq_ismaela Yes but they share similar challenges and see what's going on in other regions. Also, while the division among "ordinary citizens" increases, the "corporate Nigerians" and political leaders tend to have just some minor reshuffle/realignment.
A person that generally believes any negative story regarding our military by just reading a headline, random tweet, WhatsApp group message, or Facebook post in a heartbeat would turn Private Investigator when there is positive news with pictures/videos.

If you have people you care about in Nigeria (from your region, state, LG, village, tribe, clan, or relatives) then, for the sake of those you care about, your objective/prayer/hope is for things to get better.

No country is perfect. Every country has a set of all kinds of people. A guardian angel & a devil incarnate. A staunch patriot & a treacherous traitor. The most brilliant/intelligent minds & the dim/dense individuals.
The ruling subset determines the country's direction/status.
When people pray "may God expose these criminals and their collaborators", who were they thinking God would expose? Criminals are members of society just like their victims. While victims judge criminal's based on tribe, region and religion, to a criminal, all victims are equal.

From 1999 to date, each state has been under the leadership of someone from that state. States fortunate enough to have good leaders, relatively speaking, have been progressively getting better. Several states are on a swing. For the unlucky states? It's always from bad to worse.
Any sincere and honest discussion would require open-mindedness and humility. It's almost impossible to make any progress with a mindset of "it's indisputable fact that I'm right and everyone is wrong".
