@KeepinUposted2 @Facebook 😞 when I spoke to the agent, she said that there has been a high influx of complaints but they have to wait on @Facebook to do anything. I guess we need to be patient & bring awareness to the matter. Until this happened to me, I had no clue. I can’t believe FB’s negligence :/

lol 😂 aww I get you! I’m still getting FB email notifications showing me tagged in things and I can’t see them! It’s super frustrating. I honestly don’t understand how FB can continue their feigned ignorance

@walrozt I’ve been the same :( I relied a lot on my Chronic Illness support group. Let’s try & push @Facebook to address this & contact the BBB. FB is still a business (appalling they don’t have customer service), and so many people filing official complaints cannot be good for them.

not address it with the exception of apologizing to & restoring a celebrity’s profile.

Consider filing a complaint with the BBB like some of us have! Our hope is that if enough of us complain FB will have to take action!

And yes, it is absolutely absurd that they don’t have ANY customer service. The level of unprofessionalism they are showing is astonishing.
