@VirginAtlantic codeshare not working for customers. No one wants to take responsibility. I’ve ping ponged between Expedia Korean Air and Virgin Atlantic for two weeks now
@VirginAtlantic codeshare with Korean Airlines isn’t working for the customer. No one wants to help me access my flight details to check baggage choose a seat etc. Keep being directed back to @Expedia who direct me back to you.

@virginmedia Day 2 of a complete loss of service TV Broadband and landline. No updates except a push back on time it may be fixed. Two days of work lost. Not acceptable!!!!

@thameswater appalling customer service. 20 mins and still no response from online chat. 50 minute wait for my call to be answered by a new member of staff who knows nothing about my query. I’m on hold now 😡
@JohnLewisRetail Almost at the end of our 16 week wait for our sofas. No contact re delivery yet. Spent 27 minutes on the phone only to be told just wait another week and you should be contacted 😱No offer by the assistant to check my order. Very disappointed.
