@sakerelee is the latest addition to the biggest JUCO portal transfer class in program history.

The 6’6” PF is a relentless rebounder with a nonstop motor. After helping Vincennes reach the National Tournament, the Brooklyn native is headed to RCC ready to make an impact.

[Todd Franklin @ToddFranklin34]

Newest official member of the Vincennes family is lefty forward Sheriff Akerele ! Brings a nice jump hook -a sold face up jumper- and high volume rebounding to VU ! Reminds of some forwards we have had in the past !

[Todd Franklin @ToddFranklin34]

It’s official the point guard / forward duo from New York have made it official ! Both have signed with the Blazers ! Welcome guys

[Brian Davis @CoachBD3]

Congrats Sheriff! One of NYC’s top unsigned 2025 forwards. He opted not to play AAU this spring but the offers are still rolling in.

[Brooklyn Collegiate @BKCollegiate_BB]

Congratulations to 6’5” senior forward Sheriff Akerele on his most recent OFFER to Labette! The late blooming forward was a walking double and beast on the glass. 🪖

Our guy Sheriff!!!

[Brooklyn Collegiate @BKCollegiate_BB]

6’5” 2025 SF/PF Sheriff Akerele @sakerelee was TOUGH at the @GovChallenge down in Salisbury, MD… The twitchy lefty was able to consistently get to his spots vs. 6’7”-6’10” defenders and showed why he’s one of NYC’s @nycpsal top forwards.

Another ONE 🙏🏾 solid summer with our 17U squad in July
