@AmazonHelp From last two weeks my products are not being delivered in the guaranteed time frame and while tracking the package it shows delayed delivery on customer request. I contacted customer care 6-7 times. They said that they'll escalate the issue, but no response yet.

@amazonIN Why do you advertise your prime membership if you are unable to service your existing prime customers. I'm facing issues with your delivery service repeatedly, but no one from customer support is helping. It seems @Flipkart has better service than yours.
