@OlaElectric has worst service. They sold me a scooter with faulty BMS and battery and only after 7 months of purchase the scooter suddenly shut down in the middle of road and service center said the battery is deep discharged and they cannot provide warranty replacement.

Ola स्कूटर में दिक्कत, बेहद खराब सर्विस, स्पेयर पार्ट्स नहीं मिलने की शिकायत काफी लंबे समय से आ रही है.लेकिन एक मामला सामने आया है जिसमें रिपेयर के लिए स्टोर पर स्कूटर देने के बाद से ही स्कूटर गायब हो गई. इसके बाद Ola Electric के फाउंडर और सीईओ भाविश अग्रवाल के खिलाफ अरेस्ट वारंट जारी हुआ है. दक्षिण गोवा उपभोक्ता विवाद निवारण आयोग ने गिरफ्तारी वारंट जारी किया है. आयोग ने भाविश अग्रवाल को 4 फरवरी को व्यक्तिगत रूप से उपस्थित रहने का नोटिस जारी किया था, लेकिन वे आयोग के सामने पेश नहीं हुए. आयोग ने बेंगलुरू पुलिस को निर्देश दिया है कि वे भाविश अग्रवाल को 23 फरवरी को सुबह 10:30 बजे मार्गाओ स्थित आयोग के सामने पेश करें.

Dear @OlaElectric @bhash My ola scooter suddenly stopped on my way home when the battery was at 70% charge. I took it to service center technician said battery is deep discharge and company is rejecting warranty replacement. And its been 4 months my scooter is at service center

So it was due to faulty bms or battery. I request you to please approve warranty replacement for my battery.

The customer care said they are working on it but i am not getting any update. I know that ola doesn't provide warranty replacement for deep discharge but what about when its not due to my negligence? Even your company's system showing my battery suddenly went to 0 from 70.s
