Absolutely unacceptable service from @RapidoApp. My parcel is falsely marked as delivered when it never reached me.
Missed calls due to a shattered phone screen connected later and the delivery partner promised to complete the delivery. He didn’t. Now he’s unresponsive,

And your customer service is laid back. This is not a “delay” , this is outright negligence and misreporting. A ₹2500 item is now missing because of your system failure.

Advice to my 25-year-old self:

Buy less clothes, but buy better.
Same goes for makeup.
Lift weights.
Avoid loans.
Stop overexplaining your “no”.
Invest early.
Travel often.
Stand in rooms where you’re not the smartest person.
Leave friendships that feel like unpaid internships.

Also relax a little.
Everything you’re stressing about eventually becomes a funny story.
