On 15 Dec 2025 at around 9:30 AM, at Moradabad Railway Station, an argument was created by Constable Ravi (GRP) over vehicle parking — the vehicle was never parked.

During this, Advocate Manoj Mishra, along with Ajay and Nishant, started physical assault.
After that, my father Sanjay Mathur (a heart patient) and my brother were dragged into the GRP Police Station, where—

❗ They were brutally beaten inside the police station
❗ Assault was carried out by Advocate Manoj Mishra, Ajay, Nishant, along with 4 police personnel
❗ They were beaten with belts
❗ All videos were forcibly deleted from the phone during the assault

❗ Police allowed and participated while a civilian lawyer beat detainees inside custody

पीड़ित पक्ष का आरोप है कि इस मारपीट में कुछ वकील और उनके
मुंशी भी शामिल थे, पहले स्टेशन परिसर में बहस हुई, इसके बाद
प्लेटफॉर्म नंबर एक के पास जीआरपी थाने में ले जाकर दोबारा
मारपीट की गई

संजय माथुर के बेटों के साथ भी बेरहमी से पिटाई की गई

संजय माथुर ने बताया कि उनके माता-पिता ट्रेन में सवार थे, उनसे
मिलने की अनुमति देने के बाद पुलिस ने उन्हें वापस थाने लाकर फिर
से पिटाई की

उन्होंने जीआरपी के दोषी पुलिसकर्मियों को निलंबित करने और शामिल वकीलों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करने की मांग की है

घटना के बाद रेलवे स्टेशन परिसर में हड़कंप मच गया और मामले की जांच की मांग तेज हो गई है।
