for everyone who's not following the case, please understand that they do NOT have enough evidence against him, the prosecution still hasn't given the full discovery to the defense and this is just a politically motivated circus. DON'T STOP TALKING ABOUT LUIGI MANGIONE

Can vouch.

We had a patient whose spine surgery kept getting denied, only to find out the specialty of the doctor determining that was in ophthalmology. Not neurosurgery.

We were dumbfounded and absolutely furious. They’re so shameless, it’s disgusting.

Astro Bot winning brought me such joy. Seeing how much my husband loved it and all the IPs represented through it, it was just a wholesome game 🥹

I actually really loved Veilguard. I’m sad I finished my first playthrough, but I love the ending I got 🥹

And I’m now attached to these boys & I love them so much, I’ll protect them no matter what—

These people moved damn fast from "don't have sex if you don't want to get pregnant" to rape threats if you say you'd rather avoid sex with men--they'll call you hysterical for focusing on rape in discussions of abortion, but the core of their ideology really is sexual violence.

@BrissMillerr @MaximEffort433 @Drago20195 @PaulTassi -$25 a vial in the 90s/early 2000s. PBMs are also a big part of the problem, but without a law to restrict price, we’re still at the mercy of pharma. Medicare’s cap is a start, but we still have a lot of work to do.

The list price is the target. Programs are a bandage. 4/4

[kait *₊˚☕୧ || #insulin4all 🍉 @SakuralRL]

@BrissMillerr @MaximEffort433 @Drago20195 @PaulTassi -Lilly insulins, and though the other manufacturers have provided similar statements and programs, it all boils down to the fact that this is not a federal cap on list price. These prices can change whenever the companies want, as shown in years past when Humalog used to be- 3/x
