These are the kinds of deals that don’t make sense to me. A 20-year-old with a huge price tag is how clubs end up with another Nico González or even a Fabio Vieira situation.

Berta also has a history of signing too many average players. We saw it at Atlético Madrid where he brought in almost an entire squad in one summer instead of focusing on elite quality.

Arsenal need a midfielder like Sandro Tonali leadership, intensity, composure, defensive awareness, ball progression and a winning mentality. That’s the level needed to compete for major trophies. 🏆

I hope this is just a rumour and no bid follows. It would be disappointing if we’re still chasing these profiles while loaning talents like Ethan Nwaneri, with rumours even suggesting Myles Lewis-Skelly could be sold this summer

@29Havertz43802 I'm a big fan of Dembele but I don't see why he's competing for Ballon D'Or, he started season bad and he has just picked form towards end season, I can only consider him if France wins WC.

@29Havertz43802 Aplayer can flop even with EPL experience, I see Semenyo struggling though he started well, Isak not sure whether he will come back to his form yet the Ekitike's are performing well. I agree it's right to bring in EPL proven players but it's not a guarantee to perform well.
