Today I'm reflecting on a moment at the end of an "Agile PM" training course 10 years ago. Someone said, "this isn't any different" from what we do (waterfall). I now better appreciate that changing processes alone won't sustain change. The whole system and culture must change.

@sbmintelligence Are these constant Naira against the same base year? If not general inflation would explain a large chunk of this too, in a high inflation environment. The drop off from Q4 to Q1 in the following year isn’t massive.

It’s a bit odd that you book a flight with @KLM and they unilaterally change it to an earlier flight, and when you attempt to change it to a later flight, they charge you a £300 penalty charge in addition to the fare difference, quoting ‘terms and conditions’, which they broke!

This resonates so strongly with me, having grown up in Lagos. We learned that it was a community that raised a child, not just the parents. So what you become is partly a product of all the communities you’ve belonged to. Not just what you do.
