The sit-in of BYC leaders inside the jail is continuing. Today is the sixth day of it. It started against the faceless trials of their proceedings.
The situation began when the Prosecutor General of Balochistan came to a trial, pressured the judge, and said that he was sent by the Home Department of Balochistan. After that, the judge converted the trials into faceless ones with day to day proceedings.
In these faceless trials, the judge, prosecutor, witnesses, BYC leaders, and their lawyers are all will be in different rooms, connected only through a screen. No one will knows who the witness is or from where they are giving their testimony. We cannot even submit a single application in this process. Neither the judge nor the jail staff facilitating the faceless trials, accepts any application.
My sister and other BYC Leaders are not even getting a chance for a fair trial. We will fight till the end, and the state must be clear that we will not back off and will continue to stand and resist this oppression.
The families and lawyers are not allowed to meet them. We make it clear to the establishment that if we are not allowed to meet them, then we will stage a protest or a sit-in.
Our next step will be announced later.

⚠️ Content Warning: Graphic image of torture and death. Viewer discretion advised.
This is the tortured body of Mujahid Habib Baloch who was abducted by 🇵🇰 security forces and killed after severe torture. In Balochistan, thousands of young people are reportedly detained,
Mujahid, son of Habib, a resident of Prom Klairi from the Panjgur region of Balochistan, was abducted along with his vehicle from Sirsand ascent by death squad operatives and subjected to enforced disappearance. Today, his mutilated body was dumped. These so-called death squads are actually paid mercenaries of the Pakistan Army, who have been given a free license to engage in a bloodbath and carry out the systematic genocide of Baloch people. This is a sinister policy of the occupying state, under which an unsuccessful attempt is being made to crush the movement by pitting Baloch against Baloch. Mujahid Habib's blood will not go in vain; this tyranny and brutality will herald the end of this fascist regime. #StopBalochGenocide"

PAANK Releases April 2026 Monthly Human Rights Report
PAANK has published its April 2026 Monthly Human Rights Report, documenting enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, and other human rights violations in Balochistan. The report highlights ongoing concerns and calls for accountability and justice.

Courts have a fundamental duty to deliver decisions strictly in accordance with the law, not under any pressure or influence. Justice can only be upheld when all proceedings are conducted with full transparency, open hearings, and complete impartiality. If the judicial process is restricted or transparency is compromised, public confidence in fair outcomes is undermined. Every citizen has the right to full legal access, equal hearing, and an independent and unbiased judicial process.
In the case of the BYC leaders, the transition to faceless trials and the judge's conduct clearly demonstrated a bias in favor of the state.

April 2026 Human Rights Report: Enforced Disappearances and Extrajudicial Killings in Balochistan
PAANK has released its April 2026 Human Rights Report, documenting ongoing human rights violations across Balochistan and other affected regions.
During April 2026, PAANK recorded 109 cases of enforced disappearances, 39 individuals released after enduring physical and psychological torture, and 26 confirmed cases of extrajudicial killings.
The report highlights a continuing pattern of enforced disappearances, unlawful detentions, torture, and extrajudicial killings, underscoring the urgent need for accountability, justice, and the protection of fundamental human rights.
PAANK calls on national and international human rights bodies to take immediate notice of these violations and support efforts to end impunity.

The foundation of any credible justice system is openness and fairness in legal proceedings. When cases are removed from open court settings, it undermines public confidence and raises questions about transparency and equal treatment under the law. In the BYC leadership case, the demand for open hearings reflects a broader call to protect fair trial rights and ensure that justice remains fully accessible and transparent.

END UNFAIR TRIAL OF BYC LEADERS!
Rule of Law, fair trial and justice have become myths in Pakistan. More than 14 months have passed since Dr. Mahrang Baloch and her companions have been kept in jail under baseless accusations and unlawfully detained. Despite the absence of evidence, they have been detained, harassed and mentally tortured in jail.
Against these injustices and violations of the rule of law, Dr. Mahrang Baloch and her companions are protesting inside the jail, where they have organised a “Dharna.” If their demands are not met, they will proceed with a “Token Hunger Strike” inside the jail.
The trials have shifted from prison-based hearings to a virtual court system, where faceless trials are being conducted and the judge and other parties participate remotely, while the State seeks a speedy conclusion of the proceedings.
Their demands are simple and clear:
1) End online and jail trials and restore hearings in open court so that judicial proceedings are transparent and accessible to the public.
2) Replace the current judge, Mobin, as he has been biased towards the state regarding the case from day one. The organisation's leaders have filed a court application for the judge's replacement, which should be heard soon and a new impartial judge should be assigned to hear this case.
3) Suspend the case until the judge's replacement and the commencement of open court proceedings.
We once again request all human rights organisations, journalists, politicians, social and political unions, humanitarians and the Baloch nation to raise their voices against state barbarism and spread awareness about the ongoing injustice and online trial of BYC leaders.

Our house in Pidark was burned by the Pakistani military in 2014. We lost our home and many of our belongings, and the memories of that day remain with our family.
Today, reports from Gomazi, Tump (Kech) describe another military operation affecting local communities. Seeing these events brings back painful memories of what happened to us in 2014.
I am sharing this video again to remember our home and to ensure that our experience is not forgotten. My thoughts are with all families affected by violence, displacement, and the loss of their homes.
پاکستانی فوج نے بلوچستان میں بلوچوں کے گھر جلانا شروع کر دیے 🔥

Destruction of Civilian Homes in Gomazi, Tump
Date: 12 June 2026
PAANK strongly condemns the reported burning and demolition of homes, as well as the destruction of civilian property, in Gomazi, Tump, District Kech. According to information received, several houses belonging to local residents were completely destroyed or demolished by Frontier Corps personnel.
The homes of the following families were destroyed:
Nazeer Baloch
Sheer Dil Baloch
Omar Baloch
Taj Muhammad Baloch
The destruction of homes, livelihoods, and private property constitutes a serious violation of fundamental human rights and raises grave concerns about the use of collective punishment against civilians. Such actions inflict severe suffering on affected families and undermine their safety, dignity, and security.
PAANK calls for an immediate halt to the destruction of civilian property, a transparent and independent investigation into these incidents, and accountability for those responsible. We further urge national and international human rights organizations to closely monitor the situation and take meaningful steps to ensure the protection of civilians in Balochistan.
