This is me during my Shell Recruitment Day in November 2011.
1hr after the whole day group interview, I got the phone call I can never forget, “Congratulations, they all loved you. When can you start?”
If you have an upcoming group interview where they put a bunch of you together in a room and give you a task to work on together, then sit up.
I will tell you my secrets.
I don’t need them anymore and it can help you land your dream job.
They are what I used during my SRD.
I have given the same playbook to many mentees who used them to land their dream jobs in various companies.
So, trust me, this works.
A 🧵
PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) is actively recruiting for entry-level roles, internships, and related programs, with rolling applications ongoing as of April 2026.
I recently came across some past questions that you can use to prepare for the PwC recruitment process.

Two virgins who marry each other can’t fight over sexual compatibility. They learn everyday till they master how to satisfy each other. You only talk about sexual compatibility when your spouse has had multiple sex partners before marriage.
The 7 Stages Of Relationship Restoration - Do Not Skip Any Stage
Awareness
Something’s off. You stop pretending it’s “just a phase.” You admit this version of the relationship isn’t working.
Pause
Before fixing, before talking in circles, you slow down the reactions. Less noise. Less heat. Otherwise everything after this gets contaminated.
Reflection
Not “what did they do?”
“What did I contribute, honestly?”
Ownership
This is where most people quietly exit.
Because seeing your part is one thing. Saying it out loud without defending it? Different game.
Accountability
Consistent, not emotional. Not just when the conversation is deep.
This is behaviour, not words.
Forgiveness
Not pretending it didn’t hurt.
But choosing not to weaponise it every time things get tense.
Rebuilding
New patterns. New responses. New agreements.
Not going back to what was, because that version already failed.
For the Shell Graduate Trainee virtual job try-out and on-demand video interview.
These are the questions to look forward to when preparing for it.
1. In Shell, we're interested in understanding how you learn and improve when doing projects and tasks.
Describe a time when you needed to ask for feedback or advice.
What did you learn about yourself?
2. In Shell, we want to know how you build relationships and work with a variety of people.
Tell me about a time when you had to work with a person who had a different opinion than you.
How did you manage the conversation?
What was the final outcome?
3. At Shell, we are proud of our company and want to find talented people who can help achieve our strategy of Powering Progress.
Why are you interested in working at Shell?
3 ways to tell your interview is going well is when the conversation starts to shift.
1. When they ask follow-up questions based on your answers, it means they’re actually interested in what you’re saying.
2. When they start selling the company to you, it’s usually a sign they can already picture you on the team.
3. When they give you clear next steps and timelines, it shows you’re still in strong consideration.
Before marrying a woman,
I asked old and famous marriage counselor what I should actually look for in a woman.
I thought he’d say:
No tattoos
Doesn’t party
Doesn’t drink
Low body count
No guy friends
But instead, he said this:
Dear Data Analyst!!
If you recreated this project quote this post with it
Let’s see the best ones🔥🔥
If you did not recreate it repost this tweet and go and recreate it now
Practiced hlookup, vlookup, xlookup, and index/match and they are all really interesting. Xlookup really defeat the purpose of both hlookup and vlookup but like my mentor @ezekiel_aleke will say it is good to learn all in case of interviews. #excited#tech.
