U.S. healthcare isn’t free market—it’s a heavily regulated, third-party-payer, insurance-cartel mess. Actual free-market care (cash-pay surgery, Lasik, dental) keeps getting cheaper and better.

European systems ration by queue, deny by age/budget, and take 40-50%+ of your income for mediocre outcomes. You’re not paying less—you’re just calling the rationing “better.”
