Does that mean I need to delete the Payee and recreate it?

To delete and recreate the payee is an annoying (and quite frankly embarrassing) workaround for updating the address for @Genworth in your bill pay system.

This was my experience when I pasted in my new password that was over 32 characters. There was no indicator this was a problem π

I went through your password reset steps and reset my password, which logged me in successfully.
@FultonBank I'm not sure which standards you're referring to but the NIST 800-63B standard says

@FultonBank I just reset my password again and now it works.
My old password was 34 characters and included an asterisk. I suspect either the length of the password or the inclusion of the asterisk was the problem.
I'd appreciate if you share this with your development team.
