@rsoesemann we use #sfdx force:mdapi:convert as a step in our jenkins snapshotting jobs so we can store in dx format. in some extreme cases it has taken 4hrs+ to convert. 22:25->
03:13. going to be investigating this to see how to optimize or why unless others have clues!
