Today was my last day in a job I've had for 9.5 years. It also marked my last day working in education for 23 years. As of Monday I will be the manager of an LA residential children's home. And I can't wait for the challenge. It's never too late to change your career path.

@sarajcox I have a cardigan that my mum knitted for me in 1983. I was 15. It's a dusky rose basket knit. I hadn't seen it for a few years knowing my youngest daughter had borrowed it. On Sunday she produced it from one her moving out boxes so the cardigan is now back with me. Needs a wash
