@OVOEnergy SSE worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. On the phone for a total of 2.5 hours and 6 different people as people would transfer the call back into the queue or hang up. Abysmal service! Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

@SSE worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Spoke to 5 people, 2 of which hung up on me, not left any notes. I asked to speak with a manager and escalate further 5 times but no one actually escalated it. Absolute joke, avoid at all costs unless you like being taken for a fool
